The State Bank of India conducts an annual exam for selection of Probationary Officers for its branches across the country. Conducted annually, the exam selected officers for one of the 11,000* posts that open up each year. Read on to find out more about the eligibility criteria and exam pattern.

What is it Exam conducted by State Bank of India (SBI) for selection of probationary officers
Number of Vacancies 2400, as of 2017
Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India
Age Between 21 - 30 years
More Mains Examination will consist of Objective Test for 200 Marks and Descriptive Test for 50 Marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Test will be Online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Immediately after Completion on Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.
